GH Logistics is hiring CDL-A OTR Team Drivers out of Dallas for nationwide freight. Per-mile pay, settled weekly.

Key details include:

• 80¢/mile your first 10 days out, then 88¢/mile from day 11 on — an Outbound Bonus: 8 CPM that holds for as long as you're out
• Team rate you split with your co-driver — a 9,000-mile week grosses $7,200 for the truck before day 11 and $7,920 after, so staying out is worth about $720 more a week
• Monthly safety bonus up to 2.5¢/mile, by days out: 2.5¢ at 28+, 2.0¢ at 25–27, 1.5¢ at 22–24, none under 22
• Park the truck and go home to reset your clock — a 34 on the road keeps your rate
• Weekly direct deposit, paid layover, breakdown and detention pay

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
• Team driver (partner required or matched)
• Acceptable MVR and safety record
