GH Logistics LLC (“GH Logistics,” “GH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to:

• Our website, ghlogisticsllc.com, and its pages, including our careers and recruitment pages
• SMS/text messaging communications, as described in our SMS Terms
• Application and registration forms you submit to us, including recruitment “Apply Now” and “Register Here” forms, freight quote requests, carrier applications, and our contact form
• Advertisements and lead forms we run through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, and any information those platforms pass to us when you respond to one of our ads

By providing your information to GH Logistics through any of the channels above, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not provide your information to us.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you give us directly

When you complete a recruitment application, our “Register Here” form, or another form on our site, we may collect:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• City, state, or preferred driving location or program (for example, Hero, OTR, or Regional)
• Driving experience, license/CDL information, and other qualifications relevant to your application
• Any additional information you choose to include in a message or form field

Our “Register Here” application form tells you at the point of collection that our recruitment team will contact you within 24 hours (weekend submissions may take up to 72 hours for a response), and that your information is used for recruitment purposes only. We collect and use that information consistently with this Privacy Policy and with the notice shown on the form itself.

b. SMS and text messaging information

GH Logistics only sends SMS messages to individuals who have expressly agreed to receive them, for example by checking the optional text message consent box on our website forms at the point of submission. Submitting your phone number on an application or contact form, by itself, does not enroll you in SMS messaging.

If you have opted in, you consent to receive SMS messages sent by, or on behalf of, GH Logistics LLC related to candidate, carrier, and customer communications and updates, as described in our SMS Terms. Message frequency varies depending on the program or form you submitted. Standard message and data rates may apply.

The full terms governing our text messaging program, including how to opt out (reply STOP) and how to get help (reply HELP or call (210) 759-0992), are set out in our SMS Terms.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, for any purpose.

c. Freight quote requests, carrier applications, and contact messages

When you request a freight quote, apply to haul as a carrier or owner-operator, or send us a message, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, company, phone number, email address, lanes, equipment, commodity, MC or DOT number, and your message. We use this information to respond to you, prepare quotes, evaluate and onboard carriers, and serve your account. Carrier and owner-operator information may also be checked against public FMCSA records and carrier vetting services as part of onboarding.

d. Information from Meta and Google ad lead forms

We advertise open positions through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. Some of these ads use a native lead form hosted by the platform itself (for example, a Meta “Instant Form” or a Google Lead Form), rather than a form on our website. When you submit one of these forms:

• The platform collects the information directly and shares the fields you submitted (such as name, phone number, and email address) with GH Logistics so our recruitment team can follow up
• That platform's own privacy policy and terms govern how it handles your information while it is in the platform's possession, in addition to this policy
• We use the submitted information the same way we use information from our own website forms: solely to evaluate and follow up on your application

Meta and Google also allow us to use tracking pixels and similar technology (for example, the Meta Pixel installed on our website) to measure ad performance and build audiences for recruitment advertising based on website activity. See Section 3 below for more on this and your choices.

e. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising, including ads run through Meta and Google. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs.

We use Google Tag Manager to load these tools, and we also use Google Analytics, which provides us with aggregated demographic and interest data about our site visitors as a group, such as approximate age range, gender, and general interest categories. This data is supplied by Google based on its own data and is not information we collect or submit ourselves; it is not used to identify you individually, and we do not connect it to your application or contact information. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your Google Ads settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Evaluate applications and respond to candidates, including contacting you about the position you applied for
• Respond to quote requests and messages, evaluate and onboard carriers, and serve shipper and carrier accounts
• Send SMS and other communications related to your candidacy, carrier relationship, or customer account
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and recruitment process
• Measure and improve the performance of our recruitment advertising on Meta, Google, and similar platforms
• Meet legal, safety, and regulatory obligations applicable to a licensed freight brokerage and motor carrier

Information submitted through a recruitment or registration form, including our “Register Here” form, is used only for recruitment purposes: to review your application and to allow our recruitment team to contact you about it. We do not use that information for unrelated marketing.

3. Advertising, Cookies, and Your Choices

You can control interest-based advertising and cookies in several ways:

• Reply STOP to any GH Logistics text message to opt out of SMS at any time; reply HELP for assistance
• Adjust your ad preferences directly within Facebook, Instagram, or your Google account settings to limit interest-based ads
• Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent your visits from being included in our Google Analytics demographic and interest reporting
• Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies; note that some site features may not work as intended if you do

To ask a question about your information, or to request that we update or delete information you have submitted to us, contact us using the details in Section 6.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate our website, recruitment process, applicant tracking, and text messaging program, under obligations to protect your information
• Meta and Google, solely to the extent needed to operate advertising and lead forms you interact with, as described in Section 1(d)
• Government authorities or other third parties when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of GH Logistics or others

As noted above, mobile opt-in and consent data collected for SMS purposes is never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstance.

5. Data Retention

We retain application and candidate information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate your application, consider you for future openings, and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. We retain SMS consent records for as long as needed to honor your opt-in or opt-out status.

7. Children's Privacy

Our recruitment programs are directed at individuals who meet applicable minimum age and licensing requirements for commercial driving and related positions. Our site and forms are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date.
